Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Period

The ₹80, 3-day trial is a paid trial and is non-refundable once activated, as it grants immediate access to the full service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period already paid for.

If you are charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

3. How to Cancel

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Billing/Subscription settings, or email support@slidenova.app and we will process it within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
