Slidenova (slidenova.app) is operated by Krish Patel, a sole proprietor based in India, trading as "Slidenova."

1. The Service

Slidenova is an AI-powered presentation generation tool. You provide a topic or outline, and the service generates slide content, layouts, and images, which you may export as PPTX or PDF.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian if you are a minor, to use Slidenova.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Slidenova offers a ₹80, 3-day trial, followed by a paid subscription at ₹299/month or ₹1,500/year.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Slidenova does not store your card details.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You agree not to use Slidenova to generate illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Slidenova platform and branding belong to Krish Patel. You own the presentations you generate.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Slide content is generated using AI and third-party research tools. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it, especially for professional, academic, or investor-facing use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slidenova is provided "as is." Krish Patel/Slidenova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
