Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Slidenova ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

You agree to use Slidenova only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you create and for safeguarding your account credentials.

Subscription & Billing

Slidenova offers the following paid plans:

• 3-day trial — ₹80, one-time, gives full access during the trial period.
• Monthly — ₹299 per month, billed monthly.
• Yearly — ₹1,500 per year, billed annually.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

The ₹80 trial gives you 3 days to evaluate the product. After the trial converts to a paid subscription, all charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but past payments will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create with Slidenova. The Slidenova platform itself — including its software, branding, UI, and underlying technology — remains the property of Slidenova AI. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slidenova AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
